IF CHOSEN NOT TO PAY THROUGH BRUCEGLEN.COM WE ASK THAT YOU EMAIL INFO@BRUCEGLEN.COM TO SEE IF THERE ARE ANY OTHER ALTERNATIVE WAYS TO PAY FOR YOUR PURCHASE.

RETURN POLICY

BRUCEGLEN STANDS BY ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS. WE OFFER EASY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE DELIVERY UNLESS FINAL SALE IS STATED. THE RETURN MUST BE IN OUR POSSESSION BY THE 14TH DAY FOR A REFUND TO BE PROCESSED. ITEMS RETURNED OUTSIDE THIS PERIOD WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. 

TO BEGIN A RETURN, EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT, PLEASE EMAIL INFO@BRUCEGLEN.COM WITH YOUR 1) ORDER NUMBER 2) REASON FOR RETURN 3) CHOICE OF RETURN, EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT. IF YOU RETURN AN ITEM AND THE REASON FOR RETURN IS NOT A RESULT OF A MANUFACTURING DEFECT, A RETURNS FEE OF $10 WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND TO COVER SHIPPING AND RESTOCKING FEES. THERE ARE NO FEES FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT.

PRODUCT RETURNED MUST BE IN THE EXACT SAME CONDITION AS THEY WERE RECEIVED. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY A REFUND IF RETURNED MERCHANDISE DOES NOT MEET OUR REQUIREMENTS, I.E. FOUND TO BE DAMAGED, SHOWS SIGNS OF WEAR, OR IS WITHOUT ORIGINAL TAGS, STRAPS OR PACKAGING. IF YOUR RETURN IS NOT ACCEPTED, IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU AND A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED.

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY IF THE PRODUCT IS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING ITS RETURN PASSAGE TO US.

ONCE YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO OUR RETURNS CENTER, IT CAN TAKE UP TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS FOR IT TO BE PROCESSED AND FOR YOUR REFUND TO BE ISSUED. THE REFUND WILL GO TO THE PAYMENT METHOD USED WHEN ORIGINALLY PLACING THE ORDER.
